How to do it

Lie on your back holding a kettlebell extended straight up in one hand. Using a series of controlled steps (roll to elbow, high sit, kneel, stand), rise to a full standing position while keeping the bell locked out overhead. Reverse the steps to return to the floor.

Form Tips

Move slowly and deliberately — this is a skill exercise, not a cardio move. Keep your wrist packed (neutral). Master the movement unloaded before adding weight.
