How to do it

Hold a resistance band in front of you at shoulder height with both hands shoulder-width apart. Pull the band apart by moving your hands outward, squeezing your shoulder blades together, then return.

Form Tips

This is an excellent posture exercise. Focus on squeezing the rear delts and rhomboids. Perform with a controlled tempo.
