How to do it

Lie on your back with one knee bent and that foot flat on the floor. Extend the other leg straight up. Drive through the planted heel to lift your hips, keeping them level, then lower.

Form Tips

Prevent your hips from rotating — the non-working side will want to drop. Squeeze your glute hard at the top.
