How to do it

Sit at a lat pulldown station and grip the bar wider than shoulder-width. Pull the bar to your upper chest by driving your elbows down toward your hips, then return with control.

Form Tips

Lean back slightly as you pull. Think about pulling your elbows to your hips — your hands are just hooks. Don't pull behind your neck.
