How to do it

From standing, drop your hands to the floor, jump or step your feet back to a plank, perform a push-up (optional), jump feet back to hands, then explosively jump up with arms overhead.

Form Tips

Scale as needed — walk feet instead of jumping if you need lower impact. The push-up is optional. Focus on smooth transitions over raw speed.
