How to do it

Stand or sit with the bar at collarbone height, hands just outside shoulder-width. Press the bar overhead, moving your head back slightly to let the bar pass, then return.

Form Tips

Keep your core braced and glutes squeezed to protect your lower back. Lock out your elbows fully at the top.
