Overnight Protein Oats

High-protein overnight oats with Greek yogurt and berries.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cupRolled oats
  • 0.5 cupGreek yogurt (plain, nonfat)
  • 0.5 cupWhole milk
  • 1 scoopWhey protein powder
  • 1 tbspChia seeds
  • 0.25 cupMixed berries

Instructions

1. Mix oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and protein powder in a jar. 2. Add chia seeds and stir. 3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). 4. Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey before serving.
